Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use fortivagloballlc.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. The site is operated by Fortiva Global LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company trading as PawFort Zone.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Order information — name, shipping address, email address and phone number when you place an order.
- Correspondence — the content of emails or messages you send us, and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited. This is standard web server logging and is used for security and to keep the site working.
- Cart contents — stored in your own browser using
localStorage. This never leaves your device until you submit an order.
We do not handle your card details. When card payments are enabled, they are processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own systems. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To process, pack and ship your order
- To send order confirmations, shipping notices and tracking
- To answer your questions and handle returns
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the site
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with service providers who need it to do their job:
- Shipping carriers — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver the package
- Payment processor (Stripe) — handles the transaction directly
- Email service provider — sends your order confirmation
- Hosting provider (Cloudflare) — serves the site and filters malicious traffic
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or a valid government request.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by US tax and accounting rules, generally seven years. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for supporting you, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop sending you email
Email info@fortivagloballlc.com and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to request deletion; the same email address covers those requests.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The site uses your browser’s localStorage to remember what is in your cart between visits. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Order data is transmitted encrypted and access is limited to people who need it to fulfil your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
