Response times
You can email us at any time. We answer during business hours and reply to every message within 24–48 hours. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a holiday are answered on the next business day.
If your question is about an existing order, include your order number — it starts with FG- and is in your confirmation email. It gets you a straight answer instead of a request for more information.
Returns
Email us before shipping anything back. We will send you an RMA number and the return instructions. Full details are on the Refund & Returns page.

Do not send returns to the New Jersey address. It is our registered office, not a warehouse, and packages sent there cannot be processed.
